For this project, we designed an 8″ vibratory feeder for handling seals. Given the nature of the parts, we constructed the feeder from 304 stainless steel and applied a Teflon coating to the bowl to ensure smooth movement and prevent sticking. The seals are oriented with the open cavity facing down and fed into a horizontal track, operating at the customer-requested rate of 30 parts per minute (PPM).
