In this recent application, a customer required a solution for feeding bulk threaded bolts to orient them for the next phase of their automation process. We engineered a 21″ vibratory feeder bowl with an inline drive to singulate and present the parts at a steady rate. The system includes an aluminum sound enclosure to dampen the noise generated by the steel parts.
