In this recent application, our customer needed a way to orient three different styles of plastic bus covers. We built a 30” vibratory bowl paired with a 15 cu ft elevator to consistently meter parts from the hopper and into the bowl. All three parts can be fed and correctly oriented through the bowl with minimal changeover, making for a smooth automation process.
