Recently we had a customer come to us needing a solution for rejecting plastic bus covers that were oversized. We created a 21” vibratory feeder with a 3 CU FT hopper paired with a custom part reject mechanism along with a part hold back mechanism. Together they work to make sure any oversized parts are rejected out of the bowl, leaving only correct sized parts, creating a seamless automation process.
