Precise part presentation is key when integrating robotic arms into your production process. To ensure accurate part placement for these brass tailpieces, we built a custom 21″ vibratory feeder with a gravity track and cross shuttle isolation mechanism. The system, capable of singulating four part sizes with minimal changeover, enables the robot to pick each part with consistent precision.
