Vibratory Feeder with 4-Lane Discharge & Blow Feed
In this recent application, we designed a vibratory feeder bowl featuring a 4-lane discharge with blow feeds and part hold-back mechanisms. The system feeds nails at a rate of 140+ parts per minute (PPM) and releases them in a vertical orientation.
