This project features a 15″ vibratory feeder designed to handle orange plastic automotive clips. The feeder orients the clips legs-up and discharges them through a single inline horizontal discharge at a customer-requested rate of 20 PPM (parts per minute). The system includes a storage hopper with a low-level sensor to efficiently meter parts into the bowl, ensuring smooth and reliable material flow.
