In this application, we designed a 15″ vibratory feeder system to automate the orientation of limiter parts. The parts are fed diameter to diameter, vertically hanging from a single horizontal discharge. The system meets the customer’s requested rate of 20 parts per minute (PPM). It includes a stainless steel hopper, tool steel inline track, bowl level sensor, and photocell shut-off for efficient operation.
