For this project, a customer needed an efficient way to orient three styles of plastic covers. We designed a 30″ vibratory feeder system equipped with a 15 cu. ft. stainless steel hopper to properly meter the covers into the bowl, and an aluminum sound enclosure for employee comfort. The system orients parts side-to-side with the open cavity facing upright, ensuring a smooth discharge and seamless integration into their automation process.
