In this application, our customer needed a sterile solution to automate the orientation of IV filter connectors on their production line. We designed a 24-inch pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel vibratory feeder system to safely and efficiently orient their parts. The system discharges the connectors horizontally with the open cavity facing up on an inline track at the customer requested rate of 35 PPM (parts per minute).
