In this application, we designed a 24″ vibratory feeder system to automate the orientation of tether parts. The parts are fed side to side, vertically hanging with the arrow end up from a single horizontal discharge. The system meets the customer’s requested rate of 5 parts per minute (PPM). It includes a tool steel inline track and photocell shut-off for efficient operation.
