In this application, our customer needed to orient copper elbows in preparation to enhance their assembly automation process. To enhance their automation process, we designed a 21″ vibratory feeder to feed the parts side-to-side with the large flange opening down. The system is discharging at requested rate of 70 parts per minute (PPM). The solution features a quick dump option for fast changeovers and a sound enclosure to reduce noise.
