In this application, the customer needed to automate the orientation of two different sizes of graphite cylinders. We designed an 18” vibratory feeder system with a prefeeder to accommodate both sizes. The solution allows for fast, simple changeover when switching parts and integrates efficiently into their automation process, all within a compact footprint.
