For this project, a customer needed an efficient way to orient plastic drive couplings. We designed a 15″ vibratory feeder system with three air jets to properly accelerate and orient the couplings in the bowl. The system utilizes air pressure to flip and accelerate the parts into their designated orientation allowing for a smooth discharge and integration into their automation process.
