In this recent automation project, we helped a customer singulate snack waffles at an 200 parts per minute (PPM)! Using our Ultimate Orienting Conveyor and a custom-engineered conveyor solution, we developed a fully sanitary, high-performance system designed for seamless integration into food production lines. This waffle automation system ensures fast, efficient product handling and prepares the waffles perfectly for the next phase of processing — all while maintaining strict sanitary standards.
