Our Ultimate Orienting Conveyor is specifically engineered for bulk food processing, providing a sanitary solution for orienting and singulating food, bakery, and protein products. Constructed of 304 stainless steel, the system is designed for wipe-down and high-pressure wash-down environments, and can be easily disassembled and reassembled for cleaning and maintenance. In this application, we’re processing chicken patties for product placement and assembly. Sensors ensure proper orientation, with the first sensor eliminating double-stacked parts by returning them to the bowl for further processing, and the second sensor counting and triggering a lane diverter to ensure even distribution across production lines.
