For this recent application, a customer reached out to discuss automating the packaging process for deodorant barrels. We designed a 60” scallop centrifugal feeder system with a 47” discharge. The system integrates a vision system and air jets to properly orient and discharge the barrels at a rate of 300 parts per minute (PPM).
