For this project, we designed a centrifugal feeder system to orient four distinct cap styles, providing our customer with increased production flexibility. Operating at a rate of 330 parts per minute (PPM), the system efficiently feeds and discharges caps with the open cavity facing inward. The single horizontal discharge, combined with a C-track, allows for precise final positioning.. The system includes an integrated back pressure relief system, which helps maintain consistent performance. LED lighting illuminates the tooling area for better visibility during maintenance or adjustments. Additionally, the Lexan covers with safety switches ensure compliance with safety standards, and providing a safer work environment.
