Centrifugal feeder systems offer a high-speed solution for singulating and positioning bulk coffee pods for packaging. In this application, the customer needed the pods to be fed upright, from a single discharge, at a rate of 420 PPM (parts per minute). To keep the flow steady, we integrated a prefeeder to meter the pods into the centrifugal feeder bowl.
