Our customer needed an efficient solution to singulate and inspect coin blanks as part of their quality assurance process. The challenge was to create a consistent, high-speed feed of parts while identifying and rejecting any that didn’t meet strict quality standards, all within a compact footprint.
We delivered a vision-guided feeding system that combines an 18” vibratory feeder, integrated vision inspection, and conveyor discharge. The feeder singulates the coin blanks into a single-file line at 100 parts per minute. As parts move along the conveyor, the vision system detects and removes any out-of-spec components before they enter downstream processes. This solution supports high throughput, reduces manual inspection, and enhances product quality—ideal for precision-driven industries.
