Case Study
A manufacturer in the labeling and assembly space needed a solution to feed and orient plastic caps at high speed in preparation for precise labeling and downstream automation. The system needed to accommodate two lanes of production, each with its own discharge and orientation requirements.
We developed a dual vibratory feeder bowl system with two discharge lanes, each feeding caps at 50 parts per minute. The system includes orientation-changing mechanisms to rotate the caps into the correct position for labeling. Integrated controls provide coordinated operation between the feeders and downstream equipment. The result is a compact, efficient system that prepares parts accurately for high-speed labeling and assembly processes.
