A bakery processor needed a sanitary solution to automate bulk handling and orientation of a variety of baked goods. With changing product runs and strict hygiene standards, the system had to be flexible, easy to clean, and capable of rejecting improperly oriented products.

Results

We delivered our Ultimate Orienting Conveyor with an integrated vision system, engineered for both speed and versatility. The vision system can scan and evaluate up to 100 unique product types, identifying upside-down or misoriented items for rejection. Built from food-grade materials, the conveyor is designed for both wipe-down and high-pressure wash-down environments, and it disassembles quickly for easy maintenance. This solution supports high-throughput orientation and maintains product integrity while meeting the hygiene demands of food production lines.
