This application involved processing frozen chicken patties for placement and assembly. Built from 304 stainless steel, the system is suitable for both wipe-down and high-pressure wash-down environments. It’s designed for easy disassembly and reassembly, supporting efficient cleaning and maintenance.
The conveyor features a uniquely angled steel frame with fully welded seams to eliminate abrasions and debris, helping reduce contamination risk. Two sensors manage product orientation: the first returns double-stacked patties to the bowl for reprocessing, while the second counts and activates a lane diverter to distribute products evenly across production lines.
